Arlen today works on special projects, custom builds and in the design of Ness Motorcycles with Cory. Although he leaves the day to day business up to Cory, he still designs parts and consults on high profile projects and builds.

Beverly is the cornerstone of Arlen Ness Enterprises’ operations. She takes a personal interest in all aspects of the company’s affairs and, most importantly, its people. She is as likely to be involved in cash flow management as answering the phone to a customer.

Cory is the chief designer behind all that is Arlen Ness Enterprises today. His success in custom designed motorcycles is only rivaled by one person...his father Arlen. He runs the day to day business, designs new parts and accessories and still finds time to design his own style of motorcycle. His award winning innovations can be seen on the covers and interior spreads of National and International Motorcycle
magazines.

Sherri is responsible for managing and over-seeing the personnel department within the company and is in charge of the Arlen Ness road show schedule and staffing. She also schedules appearances for Arlen and Cory in various states and countries. Sherri is Arlen and Bev Ness's only daughter.
