Arlen Ness Enterprises has come up with the actions below to maintain compliance with all parts that require an Executive Order in the state of California. 

•Any advertisement that is published by Arlen Ness Enterprises will have the approved Executive Order number, verbiage, and disclaimers in a minimum 10-point font and in ALL CAPS at the bottom of the publication.

•All catalogs produced by Arlen Ness Enterprises will have the approved Executive Order number, verbiage, and disclaimers in a minimum 10-point font and in ALL CAPS at the bottom of each page that products pertain to ARB products.

•All installation instructions published by Arlen Ness will have the approved Executive Order number, verbiage, and disclaimers in a minimum 10-point font and in ALL CAPS at the bottom of each page for products that pertain to ARB com pliancy.

•All pages on Arlen Ness Enterprises website www.ARLENNESS.com will have the approved Executive Order number, verbiage, and disclaimer in 10-point font and in ALL CAPS on each web page for products pertain to ARB compliancy.

•All packaging for products containing ARB compliant parts will have a label, or printing of the approved Executive Order number, a sticker for the item, and a sticker for the frame of the motorcycle.

•Arlen Ness Enterprises has also put into place a renewal program for all products holding an Executive Order. Arlen Ness Enterprises will send all products need for renewal and all new products to ARB for updates and approval by September 30th year after year.
