Refund Policy

1 year limited product return policy / warranty. Products that are installed are required to go through our internal review policy. 

All Returns must have receive an RMA number from Arlen Ness to be accepted, please contact Arlen Ness for a RMA number prior to sending a returned product.

To start a return, you can contact us at: returns@arlenness.com or call us at 925-479-6350. Authorized returns will be provided a return shipping label as well as instructions on how to send your package. Product Returns must have a RMA number to be accepted

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Product have a limited 1 year warranty 


Exceptions / non-returnable items

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused with all included components with its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If product is purchased from an Arlen Ness authorized dealer please contact the dealer to handle the return process.


Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
